I offer speaking at school assemblies. This allows me to speak to large groups of people at once.  This is the most common way public speaking is done at schools. 

Speaking to classrooms vs the traditional assembly. I offer this as a way to speak to small groups at a time.  Doing this offers a more custom approach to the age groups of the children vs a large assembly that the content may not be understood by different age groups. This service is one price for an all-day class to class speaking service. This service is also good to get all the questions the children may have.   

As a former inmate who turned his life around, I know that it can be difficult to feel that people care about you.  We all know that people make mistakes.  This is why I speak to inmates who are locked up.  My goal is to help inspire them to make the changes they need to be successful both while incarcerated and when they get out. I can come and speak to youth and or adults.  Speaking to youth inmates can help inspire them to make the changes needed so they don't end up in the adult prison syste

I offer one on one personal training and coaching.  This allows me to help the athlete with personal training and development.  Working one on one with an athlete allows me to help them correct and fix things they might be struggling with. It allows me to focus on what the athlete needs to work on. With each session I always help the athlete find motivation and help drive them to success both on and off the court and or field.

With this service I can work with a group of athletes on personal training and development. This allows me to work with more than one person at a time.   I can do small to big groups of athletes or even the whole team. With each session I always help the athlete finds motivation and help drive them to success both on and off the court and or field.

I offer one on one mentoring to youth and adults.  This service allows me to focus on one individual at a time.  I will focus on the needs of that individual and work at creating goals for them to reach.  As a mentor I will help provide guidance, advice, and support.  I will help the individual develop skills, goal setting and navigating life challenges. 

With this service I can mentor a small and or large group of people.  This is a great opportunity for Not-for-profit companies, schools, at risk programs, and many other organizations who have a lot of individuals who need mentoring. This is also a service that is good to use for gang involved individuals. This is a service that is open to both the youth and adults.
